      Excellent experience. Rachel Lester and her team really go above and beyond to make your home buying experience a pleasure. This is not a small feat given the current housing market either! They are with you every step of the way, and I could always reach them with questions. Highly recommend to anyone who is in the market for buying a home. There was never a time that I doubted anything in the process and really enjoyed my experience. Such a simple Process everything is straightforward. I love the little videos throughout the experience from them that let us know exactly where we were in the process. As first time home buyers that helped us to know what steps we should be taking, things to do and what not to do during the process. This is a really great addition to an already stellar experience. The videos can be especially especially helpful to those without a large circle of family or friends to ask questions about their homebuying experiences. You could not ask for a more friendly, personal experience. Excellent customer service and they really work hard for you.
