      Been a member over 20 years They are extremely accommodating and terrific to work with. I been with financial institutions from the East to West coast as I moved in careers, and none can top (Ertl/Raacom/Dutrac) I miss the staff that has retired over the years, but the new staff have been fantastic to work with.

      This company closed my card without warning, not due to theft of the card, but on the request to replace a breaking card. When contacted the blame was placed on me for requesting a new card. Not once did they apologize for the inconvenience, and stress that this caused. Anyone who wants to be treated with dignity as an average American should take their hard earned money elsewhere. Says a lot about a company when they won’t when they do something wrong. Childish.
