  My wife Kim and I had originally been set up with Radius Mortgage Group under Colby Boppel, since we were working with a realtor from KW Metropolitan right next door. The arrangement makes sense; the two companies probably understand how each other works. Though we ultimately did not proceed with Radius due to having selected a Loan Officer that had been serving my in-laws family for many, many years, our time spent with Colby was still absolutely worthwhile. Colby treated us with kindness, respect, and was happy to answer all of our questions. He provided housing estimates promptly, even over the weekends, and genuinely seemed to care for his clients. The same goes for the other folks I worked with during the initial stages; Lindsay Palmer is also another standout. Again, the reasons my wife and I proceeded with a different officer are in no way a reflection on Colby. Despite our unique situation with having a "known entity" (the best way I can phrase it), I would absolutely recommend Colby for anyone else who gets recommended to Radius.

  Erin helped us with our refi and we just closed last week. From start to finish, this was such a painless and smooth process. At the onset, Erin talked us through a few different options to see which best fit our needs. The appraisal was done quickly and professionally and the closing was sooner than expected. Erin was there every step of the way to answer any questions we had. We were so relieved to have had such an easy process and it was thanks to Erin’s tremendous level of professionalism and care.
