  I normally don’t write reviews; however, Vance and Yvette’s commitment to veterans, knowledge of the VA system, attention to detail, and countless late (very late) hours impressed me to such a degree that it would be remiss and an absolute dereliction of duty to stay silent. I have always used brokers when purchasing homes and, quite honestly, have never received such devoted and personalized attention… ever! They treated my wife and I as family and went to bat for us, on several occasions, by personally vouching for our integrity and further educating realtors and sellers alike, on the truth behind the benefits of the VA process while squelching the common misconceptions. End result… they got us into our dream retirement home with a realtor and seller that were adamant about selling to someone that was acquiring a conventional loan. I could write chapters about their outstanding service but will wrap it up by stating “Look no further!!!   We had such an easy and smooth first time home buying experience because of Vance and Yvette with Rally Point Mortgage. They got us the best interest rate we could find and gave us credit toward closing costs as well. Vance was so easy to get ahold of whenever myself or my realtor needed to reach him. He was very knowledgeable and patient when answering all my first time home buyers questions as well. According to my research non of the competitors in the area could match what he got us for our VA loan! Like I said he made the process so smooth, we even closed in 29 days!

  If we could, we would scream from the hilltops, how wonderful our experience was with Vance. He guided us through the entire buying process and also helped educate sellers and buyers about VA loans. Due to his extensive knowledge and teaching, we were able to buy the home of our dreams. This man truly cares about his clients. It's not all about the dollar for him. We really appreciate all he did for us in this insane housing market. Big Mahalo to Vance and Yvette!!
