Not a good experience. They wanted to change a fee for a service they were not going to perform. This fee was to wire funds to pay off a mortgage. Even though they knew that they were not going to provide the service… because there was no mortgage on the home.. they said that that’s just how they charge “automatically”. I had to ask that the fee be removed. It was unprofessional and unpleasant. I would not recommend.

Peter, this was explained multiple times to you that we have to charge a wire fee since you elected to have your proceeds sent by wire transfer. The wire fee is automatically included on the closing statement because the majority of our customers choose to receive their proceeds in this manner. You could have avoided the $20 fee and we could’ve mailed your check. This is not unprofessional. It is a simple way to cover hard costs.
