  There are not enough stars!! From the initial phone call to our many post close questions Erin Copeland is simply amazing! She is warm, funny, extremely knowledgeable, responsive and very hands on. She was with us every step of the way looking for a home in a red- hot market and made sure we were set up for success. She is very knowledgeable about the Cape Cod real estate market, the Cape in general, and was so invested in our success. She helped us to stay positive throughout the process until we found the right place for us, and helped us secure the home of our dreams! We highly recommend her!

  Amy Delgado is an incredibly hard working, conscientious, kind, honest and thoughtful real estate broker, and anyone who uses her will be darn lucky to get her. She drove the Cape and back over two years with my husband and me with never a complaint or eye roll and always a smile. She grew up in Falmouth, left for a while, and it is fortunate for those of us buying houses on the Cape that she is now back raising her family here. If I could give her 10 stars I would!   I can't even begin to say how fantastic Amy Delgado is, as well as the company for which she works. We bought our first house with her. She's just so much more than a realtor, she's practically a therapist. At times it felt like an intricate dance - between the seller's agent, our mortgage lender, our attorney - and at the heart of it was Amy, adeptly guiding the entire process and taking away any stress we had. I'm sure there are a lot of realtors and even brokerages out there in this market, unscrupulously making sales without regard for their clients. We unfortunately had to deal with such an agent and broker in our seller. This seller's agent was ready with so many shenanigans that it truly highlighted how much more honest Amy and Rand Atlantic are. Our seller's agent withheld bankruptcy information, showed hostile and unprofessional behavior, dared to ask us to use the same attorney as the seller (which is undoubtedly a conflict of interest), and then on day of closing claimed the sellers had until 5pm to leave the house. And throughout all of these headaches, Amy helped navigate us through sanely and managed to remain calm and ethical despite the childish behavior shown by the seller's agent. If we had to do it all over again, I wouldn't hesitate to use Amy and Rand Atlantic. In a market of hungry wolves, this company and their staff still honor their clients' wishes. I can't imagine trusting anyone else with so big a decision as a house.
