He is an amazing guy who easily maintains a friendly attitude while always being professional at what he does.   We had the best experience with Randy on the purchase of our new home. This was our very first home to buy and we didn't know anything about buying a home. Randy helped and guided us through this process which made the experience less stressful. Randy took the time to explain each step and he went over every page of the documents so that we would understand everything. On the day of closing, Randy drove from Austin to Waco to be with us so that he could make sure we understood everything we were signing. We not only had a wonderful loan officer, we now have a wonderful friend.
