I dropped off my taxes on a Friday and I was told by the employee that their systems were really slow. She said i could leave my taxes and she could have them done by that following Monday. I opted to leave them there, gave all my contact info and was told I would get a call Monday. There was no phone call, so later that week I went back in to see what was going on. The same employee gave me various excuses as to why my taxes weren't done. Again, she said her and her manager were going to work on them and she would give me a call if anything came up. I got one phone call the following week saying they were working on my taxes. Here I am, returning 2 weeks later, only to be asked, by this same employee, if I can wait to get my taxes done!!!! Again, various excuses given to me as to why they weren't done. The employee was very well aware of the urgency to have my taxes done. Weird thing is, I was getting all these excuses as to why my taxes weren't done, yet there was time to decorate the office with a different theme. I am extremely dissatisfied with this place and rest assure I do not and will not recommend this place to have any business/ personal finances taken care of. This place can care less about any sense of urgency emphasized.
