      i delt with DONOVAN CHOLACK. requested a refinance with 15000.00 back. well i received $ 4200.00 about it cost 13000.00 to do the paper work . i called him during signing. Donovan said that's how we have to put your money back. has to be in closing cost ! they charged me for 2 apparels that they never did. they used an old one . $1300.00 never got back. this was 6 wks ago. dont use them. i am now paying $800.00 month. for money never received. I signed so I'm out about 14000.00 because i believed my fault!!!!!! ( DONT USE THEM )

      What can I say about my Loan Assistant Alisa Kachal without taking up a whole page . I was introduced to this young lady after receiving a phone call asking if I would be interested in refinancing our home. I was interested but always was afraid to even check into doing it. But as soon as Alisa and I started talking she actually gave me the confidence to try. This young lady’s kind and caring demeanor alone with her hard work OMG ,she is my angel. I truly appreciate every thing that she has done to help us. Never in a million years would I have thought I would be able to do this but thanks to her it has really happened.
