Very Professional team, explained all the issues, addressed any urgent issues that arose (Was not clear that the Deed must be recorded in the Living Trust). Handled very quickly and unexpected payoff amounts were explained (from current lender) and communicated and dealt with in a timely manner with no affect on the funding date. Whole process took about 3-4 weeks during Xmas Holidays.

I have tried to contact rate plus through their website but it’s broken and the submit button disappears. Tried messaging on Facebook, no response after weeks. I’m doubtful a company that can’t use basic modern technology to communicate is any good.

Quickest + seamless + smooth + efficient! No further explanation needed. I hate advertising mails. Well, everyone does. I usually throw them away without even opening. One day, one of them caught my eyes. It was a refinance advertising mail from RatePlus, one of 1,000,000 refinance mails I literally recieve everyday. Glad it did. 😁 I started the refinance process on 11/4/2021 & got the loan funded on 11/19/2021. It does not get any better. Amy (loan processor) & Stephen (loan office) were absolutely amazing! Very thorough, polite & straight to the point. I highly recommend RatePlus (Irvine, CA) for those who are looking to refinance!
