      Amy made the process of closing so easy! The app was smooth and simple. Amy and her team did all of the behind the scenes work in a very professional and yet personal manner. Amy arrived at our property at our agreed upon time. (No waiting!). Amy worked with us and our realtor to explain all of the paperwork and made the process seem like a breeze. While there were plenty of docs to sign and initial she made it very easy. It seemed like we were done in record time! We recommend Amy and RTG!!!

      I’ll just put it out there. It’s my opinion AVOID Ratified Title Group. They will mess up your paperwork and blame their own employees for being pregnant, having Covid, and your lender for whatever reason they can surmise . Once complete, they will offer you a 300$ check like their money is a blessing. Go with a different company who actually respects their customers enough to explain their screw ups. Better yet, go with a company that will not drop the ball. Again just my opinion. Cheers!

      My recent experience with Ratified Title Group was excellent! They made the entire process very easy, smooth and a pleasure experience overall. Their entire team is very helpful and responsive .. I purchased my house while living overseas and they helped me through the entire process including setting up the POA. They even went to my brother's place since he was uncomfortable going out during the pandemic and completed the process with him at the comfort of his own home -- The entire experience was perfect and I highly recommend them.
