  Brittany and her team have been an amazing bright spot in my experience buying a home recently. The builder, Hultquist Homes has been awful, but Raven Mortgage repeatedly went above and beyond to help me get everything done as quickly as I needed it done. Raven walked me through the process, made sure I understood what was going into the interest rate I was looking at for tons of options on the mortgage, and catered to some specifics that I asked for like a lender that would retain servicing of the loan even if it was sold. Everything was clear, and Brittany never got upset or frustrated even after the fourth time I was calling to ask why a specific number was what it was. To top it all off, Brittany helped me push everything through extremely fast. I was pushing to close as quickly as I possibly could, and Raven spearheaded that for me. Again, no matter how many times I called to check where things were, I was calmly told where we were in the process, what still needed to get done, and how long things were expected to take. All said and done, Raven helped me close inside 3 weeks I think it was, all while things were still fairly shutdown from COVID and houses were selling around town like hotcakes. I will not hesitate to recommend Raven Mortgage to anyone that asks me looking for a new home or a refi. Hultquist Homes…not so much, but Raven definitely.
