  I would highly recommend using Ray and I know that he will be my first phone call when I need to do another loan. Ray was recommended to me when I was looking for an investment home. He was able to easily navigate some of my roadblocks to a traditional loan and he was licensed in multiple states. Which made looking for properties in different locations so much easier with the peace of mind that Ray would be able to help me navigate those different states . He made the processes simple and always had my back. I can not thank him enough for making sure that this was going to be a successful purchase. Ray was always available to answer questions and concerns.
