  The service department is disorganized and not professional. I made an appointment to come in to have a license plate mount installed only to be told when I arrived that they didn't have the part in stock. I guess these things happen but they weren't very respectful about it or even apologetic in the least. Of that they made some sort of comment about the year of my car, as if somehow I was less of a customer because it wasn't a newer model. Not really impressed with this level of customer service at all. I don't think it's appropriate in any way to make the comments that they did Also the transaction was going through carvana which requires the dealership or service manager to call carvana to collect the invoice. the parts department refused to make the call and insisted that I dial instead, even after I reminded them that I was the customer. when it came time for carvana to speak with them the parts manager insisted that I hand them my cell phone which they used to complete the call. I had to sit there and wait for them to finish whatever back and forth over the transaction for literally no reason other than that they had my phone . this should have been taken care of in advance of my visit, and my appointment should have been planned for when the part was in stock. they are not living up to the standard of customer service I would expect of an infiniti dealership
