      The most ridiculous car service I have ever seen. Did not provide a loaner, made us wait for 4 and a half hours because they went on lunch break. This is my 4th service with them and every single time they have the most pathetic service. Mr Hernandez? Was also extremely unfriendly and rude. I was planning to buy a new Range Rover but will not buy now because of this service area. I will give them Minus 10 if was possible.
