This is the second financing I have done through Ray Giampaoli and the most important thing I have learned is that you can put your complete trust in him. If he says it's time, he means, do it now! All the paperwork is completed smoothly, and his staff is efficient and most importantly, no question is too small. Unlike big banks, credit unions, and other mortgage brokers (all of whom I have experience with) I was never treated as if I was a nuisance. I never worried that Ray would be unable to complete my project and would never use anyone but Ray for financing.

Purchasing a home is a large decision to make. there are numerous moving factors. When we purchased our new home, we chose Ray Giampaoli for specific reasons: trust, ethics, morals, knowledge, and experience. Ray was able to help us navigate the complex process while explaining every detail to us (because we wanted to know). he was present at the signing to make sure we were informed of what was happening. If i could go back, I would not change our choice to use Ray for our lending needs.
