  Ray is VERY knowledgeable about mortgage financing and banking - LITERALLY to a FAULT. Here's how: I called Ray as I needed a home equity loan, a construction loan, and then - after the construction was done: a mortgage. Ray steered me away from that strategy which would've cost me TREMENDOUS closing-costs and interest so that I could do it using other asset-allocations and JUST getting the mortgage. Ray earned NO MONEY on two loans he coached me of, but DID EARN my TRUST and ENDORSEMENT - as well as my Mortgage and REFERRALS. Putting MY FAMILY First BEFORE HIS financial gain is de-facto proof of concern for others.
