      RCB Bank has some very nice and polite employees. The financial issues that I need to address was not completed satisfactory..I have not received any communication from RCB despite a court order was submitted in person.. tergiversate . I received a response back from the complaint. This photo document demonstrate I did go to this bank on Dec 22, 2021 as this photo time stamp demonstrate. So no person at this RCB location, does not remember a onyx man in a suit and tie. See documents RCB and SSA. Originally I was going to open a account with this bank as to have a second bank option.. Custom needs come first regardless of there complexion.

      I've had an account with no issues for 16 years. I highly recommend RCB. This being said I've also have/had accounts at several other banks. RCB is the only bank I've kept.
