      Everyone is always friendly and helpful! I really appreciate good customer service! The tellers are accurate and quick. The loan officers, especially Tim Cox, aren't out to just make the bank money, but assist us with all of our banking needs. Thank You!

      We were very happy with Arvest bank. Once RCB bought the arvest and began switching our accounts over we have had nothing but issues. Half the time the app doesn’t work. The app is very poorly designed to begin with. Trying to activate our debit cards has been a pain. Over the phone and online does not help. We have had to go into the bank to resolve issues more in the first few weeks of RCB than we ever had to at Arvest. I wouldn’t recommend this bank to anyone. I don’t blame the workers at this specific bank i just think it’s ran poorly.

      They froze our debit card while we were on a trip in Texas. We had no cash and were stranded. We tried customer service holiness but the only person that answered said he just deals with lost or stolen cards. Why would anyone bank here.
