      I purchased a home from a realtor with this company who basically scammed me. She told me the home I wanted was in a "highest and best" offer situation which means you basically revise your offer to give the seller as much as possible to get your offer accepted. I found out at the closing that she lied to me and that was never the situation. By her lying it caused me to have to put down much more money and get a highest interest rate which sucks! I was supposed to be able to trust her but that was not the case. Her name was Andi Holbrook. I had tried switching from this company all together but the broker refused. Had I known that she did this prior to signing I would have requested she not get paid! Be very careful when working with this company. They did not work in my favor of do what's best for me and I wonder how many people she has done this to. HORRIBLE! My name is Ms Jackson and I closed on Jan 11, 2021. I have no desire to be anonymous. SHE knows EXACTLY who I am and what she did! CROOK!
