      Chet Wheeler is very knowledgeable, and goes the extra mile for clients, a pleasure to work with. I know Mr. Hinkle is highly regarded, but I haven't had the opportunity to work with him for a number of years. As an added bonus, the office is close to one of Michigan's top bakeries, as well as a fine paddling equipment store.

      Everything about our interaction with Craig was negative. He supposedly was representing us, as a seller's agent but he communicated nothing to us throughout the process, repeatedly ignored our email and texts to him, and misrepresented the type of loan the buyer was using. When we approached him about it he claimed he never got any of our communications, said he didn't know about the loan type, but then contradicted himself stating he found out after the contract was signed (but never let us know). He is a disgrace to the real estate profession. Unfortunately we learned after we entered into the contract with him that there are many other former clients of his that had this same experience - shame on us for not checking him out better. There are plenty of other good agents in the Grayling area - I would definitely NOT recommend using Craig.
