      I had a very limited time to find a new home as where I was renting I had to vacate within the month. I contacted Mike and he went straight to work on helping me find somewhere to purchase. I live about an hour away from Orlando in Lakeland and anytime I found a home I was interested in Mike did not hesitate to do the drive to show me the listing! He answered every single question I had, which were a TON being a first time home buyer in my 20's. The market in Lakeland around this time was hectic and competitive; as soon as I sent Mike a listing within 5 minutes he was texting me back, setting up showings and contacting the selling agent. During the closing process he made it as seamless and easy as possible, I signed all of the paperwork in my emails and he made me feel like a close family member with how accessable he was to reach and how comfortable he made me feel trusting him. If you're looking for a DILLIGENT and hardworking (around the clock!) agent you can definitely find one in Mike! If I ever sell my home I will 100% be contacting Michael again for that process.

      Danielle is very rude and unprofessional. If you hate your job, find a new!! Customer Service is BIG to me, I understand we all have our days but hanging up on people is rude as hell, and can cost REMAX businesses.
