  I have been renting my property through this Re/max franchise for about 10 years. Through the later part of the decade I’ve had many interactions with, Leasing Agent, April— who is amazing! Any issues I’ve come across, April has been a huge help.. especially with me being out of state. April consistently communicates effectively and in a timely manner. Looking forward to many more wonderful years with Re/max Unlimited.

  Working with the realitor Gregory Haygood made my experience of being a first time home owner the worst. I thought because he was Minority like me than it would be a lil more than just ap pay check but i was wrong. I had so many sign to back away and i actually did at one point but allowed him to apologize his way back into finishing the process with me. I closed on my house in September when i was suppose to close in june the seller backed out of closing 4 times and greg kept talking me into waiting and giving them a chance because things happen mind you i gave them thousands of dollars deposit already while waiting i had the house inspected mind you the sellers were still living in the property when the inspector told us what was wrong with the property one being the roof i pushed greg into telling the owners they had to fix that before we closed this house was close to 240 thousand dollars i should not have roof issues when just buying. greg tells me he emailed them Nd all my concerns was taking care of he than tells me that he’s not going to put it in writing that the people who’s having hard ship after selling me a house and didn’t get approved for the new house and couldn’t move out the house being sold to me and making me wait while holding my money was honest people . He told me that the bank would not close over one lil thing if we put it in writing. Now at this point my landlord in who i was renting from decided to sell my house and had a buyer in which greg knew and me and my kids had to move asap because i put my 30 day notice in back in june and it’s now august. Me trusting apologetic greg said ok he must kno what he’s talking about he’s the realitor 🤦🏾‍♀️ i’m a first time home owner/ single mother trying to get my kids into a safer environment because philadelphia was very bad a 7year was shot and killed a couple streets away from me by a stray bullet my son is 7. So Delaware county was much better place i can still get to work and my kids can play outside. Closing finally happened in September by October my roof caved in and ceiling in my sons room fell in and got mold i have spent so much money on repairs in this house that my trust worthy sellers was suppose to repair but didn’t and i can’t do any thing about because my realitor told me not to put it in writing and stop assisting me after collecting a very big check. Ppl are telling me to sue Re/max and i’m thinking long and hard. This was the worst experience for a first time home owner this realitor did not have my best interest just wanted to sell me the most expensive house for his own commission

  Wonderful company, staff is very professional and caring. They take care of maintenance is a very timely manner. 100% recommend renting from them
