  Mark Lutz is a charmer and all business when he approaches you for your business. Once he's in, all hell breaks loose! He is over done and does not give you the attention or respect that is required with such a big event as selling your home! I am that person who always gives anyone the benefit of the doubt when they are not up to par in regards to business and generally in life… Mark far exceeded that courtesy! Adding insult to injury, once it was determined that Mark was finished, I contacted Remax broker on Emrick Boulevard and asked him to call me ASAP in regards to how I should proceed with finalizing the transition with Mark and getting a new realtor. To date that broker has not contacted me. This very morning I received several phone calls from other realtors asking me if the home was still for sale, as they saw that it was listed as "off the market?!" What's done is done… But there should always be a courtesy and respect in regards to anything occurring with a business transaction. This business depart was absolutely about this Mark Lutz's inability to conduct himself appropriately...in a big way, but finalizing and being able to move forward after having to deal with the likes of this bad business experience, should have also been accomplished with good ethics, courtesy, and respect which obviously is missing all the way from the top with Remax on Emrick Boulevard, Bethlehem, PA! I would highly recommend steering clear away from Mark Lutz and Remax on Emrick Boulevard, Bethlehem Twp Pa., And Mark Lutz, in general!
