I could not be more disappointed in the accounting services that have been “rendered” by Rea. I was a client of their outstanding predecessor Walthrup and Cindy Kula, together with my entire family for over two decades. The difference in service and quality is night and day. I was assigned to Jeff Barber who is very difficult to communicate with, difficult to reach and did not timely review records that were in his possession prior to my October tax filing. In an effort to resolve these issues, I was given the name of Rick Lash and called him numerous times in October without him ever getting back to me for resolution, a point he concedes. With additional questions that he never addressed and after recently receiving a questionable statement, I have continued to try to reach him leaving messages and have yet to hear from him after several days. VERY unprofessional. Minor points – the office seems to close unexpectedly on any given day with no receptionist or messaging. I don’t remember being more disappointed in a “professional” business.

Always good service from Rea & Associates, been having them do my taxes for a decade. Once when the IRS was questioning something they took care of it and I did not have to get it attention. I understand they can even help me with setting up quicken for my LLC convention so that the yearly data flows to my accountant flawlessly. Answering questions quickly, understanding yearly life changes, and doing it right the first time allows me to learn more creative design software to do more. By leaving the financial technical stuff to Rea & Associates I get a production boost.
