  I knocked a star off because they kind of bait and switched me. Other than that, they are a kind company and will help you get into a vehicle. They treat you like an actual human and don’t try to take advantage of your situation or the fact that you’re a woman. Their wait times for the process can be outrageous, but I probably would’ve been more patient if I wasn’t 5 months pregnant and completely irritable and hungry after sitting there for several hours. Even so, they were still very kind and understanding towards me and tried to get things done as efficiently as possible. I love my SUV, and I would do business with them again. The manager also sat with me and told me credit advice on how to raise my score to where I wanted it to be in the next few months to a year, which he totally didn’t need to do. I wasn’t taught anything about fixing or building credit so it will be very helpful to me in the future, which I will start working on now. Manny was great, if you need a vehicle feel free to stop in. They are hospitable and respectful, unlike many other dealerships in CT that I have gone to. Driving to Springfield was worth it to be treated like an actual human being. Thank you for your help.

  All this people are making fake comments i pay 500 dollars a month for a Hyundai when that's how much a Mercedes Benz cost a month and they lie to you when they say if anything is wrong with your car you got insurance on everything they lie and the the next door people they want to charge you 120 dollars to take it around the store like they were the best of the best and when to school or work on cars for 30yrs or more i should off get my car from someone else

  If I could give zero stars I would. Please don’t buy a car from this place. I purchased a car 3 months ago and the car is no longer on the road. The engine already needs to be replaced. Now I have payments for a car I can’t drive. I contacted service to have them send any information from the safety check. I gave them my number and email, but they never sent it over. Update: finally got my car back after over a month. Paid $4200.00 for a new engine, and they covered the service costs. HOWEVER, the car lasted a whole day and a half. Now the check engine light is on and the car is shaking.
