  We were very impressed with Mark Riegal as our agent during the process of selling our home. Mark guided us thru each step explaining and answering all our questions in detail, this helped us to make wise decisions along the way. He responded to our calls, texts and Emails quickly.   Mainaki Chhaya from Real Estate One was able to ask questions to understand what I am looking for and she was proactive in looking for property listings to send to me. She made sure that everything I needed was part of the property. She found several good properties for me to go look at. She was available at the times I was available to see properties. She was punctual. At the property, she was very knowledgeable and was able to answer questions about the home. She was able to recognize flip homes that were good to buy and flip homes that was best to avoid. She was able to point out problems that were well hidden. She was able to also tell me why this home is good for me and it is up to the city's guidelines and standards etc. etc. etc. I learned so much from her. She advised me on what to do and I knew that she knows her stuff well and I just listened to her advises and was able to close on a property I liked in this crazy housing market. The whole process was very smooth and she did all the ground work and made sure everything is in order. I had so much peace of mind and I did not need to worry if this or that is done. I did not need to remind her to do something. She did all the communications for me. She kept me informed throughout the process and that gave me a comfortable and contended feeling. I will recommend Mainaki from Real Estate One to anyone who is looking for their next home. She will find it for you... and you will have peace of mind.
