      SELLERS AND BUYERS BEWARE! I was unfortunate enough to be interested in a property represented by Eric Braunger of Red Barn Properties. Throughout the buying process Eric passed off his responsibilities onto my realtor and in the end he admitted to knowingly breaching contract. While the agreement between the seller and myself stated they would be responsible for all dealings and removal of the current tenant they allowed him to stay without my knowledge (and likely the knowledge of the out of state seller). As a result of their breach in contract they have now left me in an unsafe situation with an aggressive former tenant. Eric is not the agent I would ever recommend working with. My suggestion is to find someone who will represent you professionally and honor your contracts.
