      The girls there are nice enough. I say girls because I asked if any men work there. I was in and out. Cashed a large check with no problem.

      Although they are helpful and courteous inside the store the store the app is never correct and I have attempted to make multiple calls to them to make a payment on my credit card and they never answer or ever call me back And now I have a negative mark on my credit report

      I ordered checks before Christmas, It is now Jan. 25 and no checks yet. I have been in several times but the bank cant seem to get the company who makes the checks up to move. Funny that my brother has the same problem with his Key bank account.
