      Had the best service in our lifetime. Branch Manager, Vanessa assisted our family to open our 11yr old twins - Student Bank Accounts. She, was so wonderful and amazing by treating them as adults and educating them and they signed there 1st ever documents. We will cherish our experience with her and look forward as new members

      I went in to make some changes on my account but after waiting 10 minutes to be helped in an empty bank and being treated very rudely and disrespectfully when I asked how much longer it would be, I closed my whole account. I will never be back. Should seriously retrain every employee in that building on how to be a proper customer service representative.
