      If I could give this place a score less than zero I would. The young lady Amanda was extremely rude and very unprofessional. Clearly she didn’t know how to properly answer my question. But instead of being helpful she gave an attitude, then transferred me and never answered my calls back. Someone else had to call back and answer my question.

      Waited for 1.5 hours to sign closing papers. This title company closes for at least 4 companies, so they were understaffed and RUDE!! Did not care about their clients. When the lender called and asked for docs they said that they were too busy and hoped to have them by midnight. Since the lender isn’t open until midnight, docs will have to be resigned and closing will again be delayed. On top of all that- they did not even care and were rude!!! I have closed many files, and never had to leave a review like this. Terrible.

      First we came in and waited an hour and a half. We closed an funded At 12:30pm Friday. Still today Monday at 11 am I have not received my commission. I wonder if they use your money to make money. There is no excuse end of the month. Its like me telling them....Sorry Friday you don’t get your paycheck until Tuesday. This is ridiculous. Not happy with this title company.
