      Hometown banking combined with "big town" services! Employees are friendly, atmosphere is comfortable so I never feel rushed. All these things are important to people with hearing loss. Thank you Red River!

      Highly disappointing.. Customer Service rep hung up on me when I called about my complaint about the bank teller who was rude to me.. When you hand someone something & you put it in their hand.. And they are about to hand something back to you with your hand out reached & they lay it down on the counter.. It is most definitely rude.. The first time I went in a couple of weeks ago the bank teller never said thank you.. Merry Christmas nothing.. I expected more from this local bank in a small town.. Being young is no excuse for rudeness..
