  Because of critical financial issues during the past 2 months I have been late with the payment, but paying it within the 30 day time frame with the late charge. When I have called to explain the situation they have been INSISTENT that I come in person to explain. I have complied only to be told that I had to schedule ANOTHER in office visit to come in and EXPLAIN again why I am late with the payment. Thus so called "policy" is ludicrous at best. A one time phone call should suffice.

  Not very professionally ran! The company solicited signature loans to me previously, of which I finally accepted the terms of one earlier in 2021. I provided them numerous points of personal info. like SS#, home ownership info, income, several personal references with contact info when I took out loan. Thereafter, I paid off loan in full according to their terms a couple of months later. Then they continued calling me regularly soliciting additional loans. I called them back to accept a second signature loan for less than $600.00, wherein the lady on the phone was short, snappy and proceeded to tell me that they had zero info. on me, and would need me to come in and fill out a formal loan application with 2 years previous tax returns, similar to a full blown mortgage process. They don't seem to recognize their position in the lending market, and mispresented the facts and circumstances of any future loans to me at the time I closed the first one. In general, easier to go to a real bank at significantly better rates, and where the business is more likely to retain the info they gather from you allowing for more reasonable and professional dealings.

  Worst experience I ever had dealing with the added $300 to my bill also did not show up at Court as requested on summons company
