      Should offer ATM withdrawals from other banks since they’re the only bank on Winchester. Always a long line, low staffed, and I hate coming here. The only reason I’m doing business here is because of their loan rates. Otherwise their banking fees are absurd and REDSTONE JUST SUCKS. PS the staff is okay.. but not well trained on their own mobile app. I had to go to Wells Fargo just to get them to show me how to use Redstone’s app. Their staff can’t resolve problems without calling their support line. Maybe have better trained staff and offer more than just decent loan rates… Can’t wait to have this loan paid off so I don’t have to come here anymore!
