My experience was awesome. I can't remember ever having a bad experience when I went to Redstone Federal Credit Union. Very friendly and kind service. Fred Weems was on his job.Quick in taking care of business showed concern for everything I needed. Highly recommend RFCU.

Rip off. I cant make a call to get things straightened out to make a payment. They want to charge me $8just to talk to someone to do that. Kidding right. Not one bit. You done have me by the neck but you wanna make me pay more. More for. Service you sgould be giving to all for free. We do t pay your employees to do the task thats your job. You done charged me once for it and you think we should pay again. Lol. As bad as a restaurant. Want the ppl to pay their employees why you the company take full advantage and rip ppl off. In response to your response. How about you contact me and give me the info I need to get my app on my phone going. Stop trying to make yourself look good on here. You guys tried to charge me for this. Trash business ethics
