      I'd give them ZERO stars if I could. NEVER work with them. I lost the home I wanted along with my "Earnest Money" deposit of Several Thousand Dollars. =( Horrible experience. I can't believe I got bamboozled so badly by this FRAUD of a Mortgage Company... which charged me for a 2nd Appraisal, (unheard of!) ordered Closing Docs from the Management company as "closing" conditions charged me $500+ for that as well... Only to find out there were MORE conditions by their AWFUL underwriters which made me go past the purchase contract and Seller pulled out after being dragged along by this HORRIBLE lender. My Mortgage Broker that went with this lender was also disgusted at what happen here to me & apologized sincerely on their behalf. I've heard NOTHING from Redstone. Heartless company. I have a 808 Mid-FICO Credit Score, I was putting a MINIMUM of 20% down-payment... I have excellent income as well... This DID NOT MAKE ANY SENSE. SO upset. I hope this company goes out of business. They'll do the world a favor.

      The worst a scam I wish I could give them a zero!!! Beware never use them. They’ll string you along for 50 days and then ask for more conditions, knowing they can’t close loans!
