      Poor customer service, poor communication standards all around. I have a few accounts with multiple banks and Redwood credit union never communicate changes or relay account information. Also, 1) Raised interest rates of credit card with no communication or explanation. Even with payments never late and account in good standing. 2)Redwood Credit union will communicate with creditors and ding your credit report with in days if account is overdrawn. While never attempting any communications with customer prior. It is Not acceptable and I would highly recommend not using this credit union.
