Yes, it is tucked away in the Whole Foods Shopping Center and is a real gem. Consumer Reports gave RCC high scores - so I started with them. I am a fan. Today Kaylene assisted me with a project - she was a delight to deal with - answered all my questions - assisted me with Debit Card. Best Credit Union!

I am always greeted with a smile, gracious courteous staff gets to you quickly when needed. They have offered to show my son the ins and outs of banking when I asked if they offered anything like that. Very kind. Bonus, they are so clean about the COVID-19 sanitization protocol. Two thumbs up!

I've been with Redwood Credit Union for 20 years. Even with 15 banks in Mill Valley, I would drive to San Rafael because redwood Credit Union was that good. When they opened their branch in Mill Valley, I was thrilled. And I could not be happier with the service, hours, and help they provide. In the 40+ years I have lived in California, I tried at least a dozen banks--big ones, small ones, highly recommended ones. Redwood Credit Union has them all beat...and it isn't even close.
