      Worked with Gary he was on top of everything, if we emailed or called they would get back to us with in a hour or two. We ended up getting a super low interest rate because of their diligence on checking the rates for us. The e-sign was super easy for a modern family to file paper work and view our process. I would recommend again.

      Buyer beware! Dealing with Susan Lange of Redwood Mortgage, who is the owner oddly enough, is absolutely painful. I called at 9am on a Monday to inquire about a mortgage rate. The secretary told me that the mortgage counselors are all in a meeting, and she will have Susan get back to me. Well, Susan never got back to me. Time is money, and I really needed to get my rate quote because I had another mortgage company waiting on my decision. So, I called back at 3pm. The secretary told me that Susan will be able to call me back in an hour and a half. Well, Susan never got back to me. So, I called back at 5pm. No answer. This pattern continued the following day as well. They all left me in the dust at Redwood Mortgage of Haddonfield, NJ. So, I went into the Redwood Mortgage website, and I acquired Susan's cell phone number. I texted her with my questions (text conversation is attached). Susan couldn't have been any less helpful, and I couldn't have felt any less valued as a customer. If Susan is the owner, and this is how she treats her customers, then I'd hate to see how painful working with her staff is. Please stay away from Redwood Mortgage. There are far better and way more reliable companies out there. Their customer service is atrocious, and no customer deserves that. Shame on Susan Lange and Redwood Mortgage of Haddonfield. - Disgruntled Customer
