      Jon Hill was fantastic to work with on getting are mortgage put together on time for are closing. Hes very dedicated in making sure everybody is on the same page and getting stuff done, even it requires after hours. There was abunch of times where its 8pm and is still trying to get the job, would very recommend having jon and his team help you!!

      As we worked on finding out first house, our realtor referred us to Refined Lending. Specifically, Jon Hill. As a first time homebuyer, he was patient with us as we asked a lot of questions. At the same time, Jon recognized this, and provided us with all the necessary details we needed to understand the process from start to finish. We really appreciated how Jon took the time to walk us through the various options at our disposal, what the financial impact would be, meanwhile providing his own honest, and transparent opinion of which option was best for us. At closing, we also discovered Refined Lending has moving trucks which they allowed us to use, free of charge! Highly recommend Jon Hill at Refined Lending if you are looking for a lender!
