  My husband and I have been with Regal for quite a few years now and it was wonderful until last year. I’m not sure what’s happened to them but it’s just not the same anymore. I called in February to pay my bill, the lady tries to take my payment over the phone but was having computer troubles so she asked if she could call me back when it started working again, which was fine. She calls me back about 20 minutes later and takes my payment again and it finally went through. It wasn’t even a couple days later and they were calling me and harassing me about not paying February’s bill and I mean every single day multiple times a day and text messages. When I talked to them they tried to tell me it wasn’t in there system and I tried explaining that the lady was having computer troubles that day and that could be the reason it didn’t save it in their system or something. I even told them I had bank statements proving I’ve already paid it but they kept telling me that the amount that was charged didn’t even match what my bill was. I told them that I thought it was a late fee for being a little late but they still were fighting me on it so I finally sent them a text on their work phone of where it said that Regal took out the payment. Not a word from them! So I had to call them to make sure we were all on the same page and they proceeded to tell me that I had to talk with Mr. Michael, when I did not only was he harsh but he was very rude about the whole situation. He proceeded to tell me that he saw the bank statement but that he needed to get his bank people to look over my account and make sure. Not a problem. His wife gives me a call to inform me that what happened was MY card was accidentally put under another member’s account! Essentially I paid another persons bill. She informs me that she withdrew that payment from that person and removed my card from their account. I then ask her if we were now good she said well even after I fixed it it still says you owe February. I told her that I was not paying for February again and that it must be a glitch in her system or it needed time to adjust. It was a mess but everything was fine, I get it mistakes happen but it was the way the whole situation was handled that was SO DISAPPOINTING!
