      Extremely poor customer service, call after call…email after email. Very difficult to get a hold of specialists like Brittany for example. They locked my account with no call or any type of notification. I found out because my debit card was not working. Then they closed my account and it took 8 days to get my money from them. Absolutely horrible bank, I would not recommend using this bank ever.

Having a personal banker that is easy to work with, responsive and knowledgeable is indispensable to a business owner. All of the bankers I have worked with at Regent Bank are fantastic but particularly Charlotte Mindeman, Managing Director of The Healthcare Private Bank. Charlotte and her team worked tirelessly to help businesses obtain PPP loans during the pandemic which were crucial for operations. I highly recommend Regent Bank to any business owner.
