      I go to cash a check and signed it at home. They tell me they can't cash it because its already signed. What difference does that make if I'm presenting you my license with signature and my picture AND the check is made out to the exact name on my license. The most asinine bs I've heard in a long time. U can't pick & choose whom to do business with if you're open to the PUBLIC! Why would I NOT sign my check and who in the hell would know that the cashier NEEDS to see me sign It? BS at its best!
