      I have been doing banking with them for years since I was unable to use a bank but I have enjoyed paying my bills here cashing my checks utilizing there low fees since they've open here in my area. Thanks Regina Salina and downtown Syracuse locations for being very supportive at such time.

      I don’t know her name but I know she is a steelers fan!! She has brown hair and she sits on the right side as you walk in. She has the absolutely BEST attitude ever!! I love her sarcasm. I actually called her boss to let him know how great she was. I’m sure they get a lot a complaint throughout the day and he was very happy to hear of a complement. He said her name is Jill but I am not sure!! She is hilarious. I appreciate that in a customer service person. And to everyone who has a problem cashing checks there. It is not their fault nor you don’t have the correct ID and if they have to call and verify a check....WHO CARES! It will take five minutes out of your day you’re lucky that they care enough to verify it and not cash any old check that comes through. It’s for your protection also. 😊😊😊
