      Needed to cash a check after my banks hours, i stumbled upon this spot. Priscilla was very friendly and quickly helped me. Easy, fast, and good Customer service.

      Just called to see what I would need to cash a check and to try to figure out if they accept the type I needed to deposit and the lady on the phone was extremely rude. I was asking questions and she just had no answer. Was extremely dismissive and didn’t really seem to want to help and spoke to me with an attitude like I was getting in the way of her day. If you have employees answering the phone then maybe they should know that they are talking about to be able to provide the customer service that SHOULD just be common courtesy. Or maybe just hire better workers, I’m a manager and if one of my employees talked to a customer like how I was just talked to it would be immediate termination. Not happy with the phone conversation I just had. Definitely won’t even be stepping foot in this establishment.
