I love Regional Acceptance Corp they have been great over the last two years and have always accommodated when needed except when I needed to recently defer a payment and I was told they didn't do that anymore. I'm sorry but if you say to call if you need help then you don't even bother to hear the customer out why preach that logo. Doesn't make much sense. When the price of everything scores at record high but the wages don't there's gonna be problems.

While you will get accepted for a loan with them, don't expect them to provide much customer service. Their hours of operation do not show when they are actually willing to speak with you. So if something goes wrong then hope you can fix it with their "automated system". Absolutely horrendous that I cannot call them during their listed hours to speak to someone when the option I am looking for does not exist in their automated system.

i hate this place i got a car loan and they are the worst place they are nothing but bullies if you do not do what they want they will take your car i have make payment arrangements twice in two weeks and with in the first few days of doing that they have called and said that they do not do that and that the payments need to be made in full or it will go to collections and they will take your car
