Don’t have the best credit but they financed me in November 20 and I’m 3 months ahead on my payments. They’ve been nice and helpful since the beginning.

Im glad the company accepted my payments and I do pay high, however I have a few problems: 1. paying through the website doesn't work and I didn't realize it didn't work until nearly the next payment. 2. They will call you relentlessly, and when asking to postpone a payment they apparently need a screenshot as they can't get it done themselves on their systems (I've never had that problem anywhere else. A screenshot? Really?) 3. Postponing payments does not work at ALL. I could catch up if I could postpone payments for just 1 month and that's it, but I haven't been able to since I got the vehicle financed. Very annoying.

Put on hold multiple times for simple questions to be answered. Set up for agents poor on corporates behalf. When actively looking for payoff information should have COMPLETE file up. Not back and forth.
