      Wow... I had a big problem transferring title of a car and the Texas DMV rejected 6 times with all different excuses. I asked the DMV manager for the exact problem. And she explained finally somewhat differently than other officers on the counter. I mailed to get two more signatures from the Regional Acceptance corporation title department. And I received ultra fast response from RAC in UPS MAIL. THANKS!!!!

      Absolutely awful customer service. Everyone I speak with is extremely rude, short with you, and speaks over you. Do not go with his company to finance your vehicle! I honestly don't know how they stay in business.
