Been Banking with Regional for years, there's been a lot of new faces in there lately. Last time I was in I believe I was Helped by Tiffany and Julie and I have to say for being kinda new, they know their stuff. I was given Top notch professional service.

Nobody ever answers the phones here. The answering machine says that all representatives are busy so apparently you just have to keep calling for over two hours. They then transfer you to a voicemail box that says the person is out of office. You also cannot access your own money in your account as they set limits and then decline you despite you having that money.

For the last 3-4 months Regional Federal Credit Inion as fail to post my VA and Army retired funds timely to my account. The Treasury department sends out payments 24 -48 hours before they are due. Yet this bank can not seem to place my money in my account sometimes before noon
