Truly stay away from this loan company!!! I don’t have an account with this company and they keep calling me after I explained to them that I don’t have an account that that I needed to be removed from contact. Three days later a phone call. Now they are reported to the FTC. Stay away from this company.

Horrible Customer Service! We went in to get a loan at 5pm and we were APPROVED at 5:45. However, we couldn't complete the loan without a proof of residency (even though this was our 3rd loan with them) and we needed a pay stub. They reminded us they close at 6pm! So we hurried home to grab them and came back only to be told that actually our loan was NOT approved and they couldn't help us? I feel this is EXTREMELY Unprofessional as it was obvious they just wanted to end thier day and punch out to go home. Well, they have lost another customer and we won't be back! Please Don't waste your time with this loan company!
